Diners, cooks and food and wine aficionados will be thrilled at the opportunity to participate in this exclusive fine dining experience at The Ritz London.  Executive Chef John Williams will take you behind the scenes at this Masterclass event series featuring a cooking class followed by a gourmet dinner.  You'll be rewarded with an outstanding evening and a truly unique taste of the city.

The evening commences with a welcome reception with champagne and an ensuing tour of the hotel's legendary banqueting kitchens which play host to the Masterclass session.  John Williams' menus highlight seasonal cuisine while taking into account guests' special requirements and he demonstrates their preparation one course at a time.  Following the participatory cooking class the guests sit down to enjoy their exquisite creations in a splendid 18th-century dining room at the William Kent House.  The hotel sommelier will be present in order to select wines to complement each course and the chef then rejoins the group at the end of the evening for conversation over coffee.

This event is available for groups of eight to ten participants by reservation only and the per-person price of 200 pounds includes everything from the reception to the four-course dinner to the wines.  For an additional cost overnight accommodations are also available.
